Before Thomas Krempl found net-files GmbH, he was the managing director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Hyperwave Information Management GmbH. The qualified computer scientist recognized the potential of the internet as early as 1994 and founded IREX Software AG, which he ran single handedly up until joining Hyperwave. IREX was one of the first internet service providers in Germany.

Reinhardt Altmann can claim more than 15 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales in the business and consumer sector. He has successfully held many different marketing and management positions in German and American internet and software companies.

Dr. Stefan Krempl,

Before Dr. Stefan Krempl took over IT management at net-files GmbH, he was working as product manager and IT security consultant with Giesecke und Devrient. Previous to this position, he worked as a software project leader at T-Systems, where he was responsible for the successful completion of IT projects. Dr. Stefan Krempl studied physics in Germany and the USA, and has run web servers since the early days of the WWW.
