Flexible folder structure
It is very simple to set up your net-files team room. You can create your first folder with a single click, just as simply as on your PC. You can create as many main and sub-folders as you like, allowing you to structure your content in a meaningful way. All folders and content can be moved, copied and rearranged afterwards, as you require.

Using the integrated Browser app, you can view and modify Office documents directly online in the browser, if you like.
Users and groups
Distributed teams in an international corporation with five colleagues or even a thousand: net-files' integrated user administration helps you to quickly create as many user accounts as you need, to administer access rights and assign users to groups. These are flexible and can be changed according to project structure, team roles, tasks and departmental hierarchies. You can then assign user groups to folders to specify who can read, modify and download which documents, and who will definitely never be able to view certain content. General content is easily available, confidential documents remain confidential - you can rely on it.
Any kind of digital content
net-files works like a virtual file server in the internet. You can store and use all your digital documents there: PDF or Office documents, presentations, photos, videos, plans and drawings. Whatever you need to successfully implement your team tasks. Authorized users can upload single or multiple files from their PC to the team room, right in the browser. There is no limit on the number of documents you can upload, it is even possible to upload large individual documents (up to 2 GB) without any problem.
