In every phase of a project, various sets of documents such as plans, meeting minutes, agreements, etc. are quick to accumlulate. It's important that everyone involved in the project is able to keep up-to-date and have access to the latest version of a document.
net-files facilitates optimal collaboration between project members with its successful and proven document management system that enables easy access to all documents.
Plan Management
net-files automatically assigns a new version number to a plan every time a change is made. The user has the choice of viewing the most current version, or pulling up the entire version history for any plan.
All project members are automatically informed whenever a new plan or a new version of an existing one is made available. You can use the integrated Plan Viewer to view any plan directly online in the project space and compare it to other versions.
Detailed Access Rights
With net-files you can specify which project members should have access to which information. You can grant detailed access rights to folders and documents. To simplify the rights management process, you can also group specific project members together and grant rights to the group as a whole.
Security
Your data is always protected against loss or unauthorized access. net-files employs comprehensive security measures such as firewalls, encryption, redudant server arrays as well as daily backups of all data in an off-site computing center.
