Plan management

net-files assigns a new version number to documents and plans every time a change is made, if you require. Users can view the most current version of the plan or the complete history.

If a new plan or a new version of an existing plan is published, all involved members are automatically notified. The integrated document viewer allows you to view plans directly online in the project room and to compare them with older versions.

Detailed access rights

net-files allows you to specify which project participants can see which pieces of information. You can assign detailed access rights at folder or document level. If desired, combine project members into user groups for easier administration.
